Lead Designer of a multi-department team which launched the award-winning BKD University, an online training library featuring tutorials, training, firm compliance, and CPE (Continuing Professional Education) credit-courses to ensure professional accreditation firm-wide
Align BKD Leadership Conference with BKD Learning & Development brand. An annual event with over 1,200 attendees requiring signage, brochures, programs, posters, PowerPoint templates, training materials, apps, and videos
Develop collateral for multiple conferences and training events which range in attendance from 10 to 500
Generate workflows for and produce interactive SCORM compliant courses from existing webinar content, allowing professionals to attain CPE credit in an on-demand environment
Create interactive Human Resources, Information Technologies, and firm compliance courses
Produce videos to promote educational opportunities and training scenarios
Develop iOS, Android, and Desktop compatible training material

Lead designer in implementing experience BKD – a complete re-branding of BKD CPA & Advisors. Was a key team member responsible for all visuals associated with the re-branding effort
Produce marketing collateral for 30 offices across 12 states in an “on-demand” environment, often producing intricate pieces in a single day. Materials include, but are not limited to, print ads, brochures, postcards, posters, trade show display booths, email, and web banners.
Moved the firm toward a paperless environment by replacing outdated paper training binders with interactive PDF manuals
Lead designer on re-design of BKD’s employee magazine, distributed to 3,600 employees, retirees, recruiters three times annually
Updated the firm’s web site and continued to update web visuals, including splash images for bkd.com’s homepage on a weekly, or sometimes daily, basis
